Submit Your
Implementation Request
Tell us what you need built or changed inside your Msuite account, with a Loom video walking through it. The more complete your request, the faster our team can get started.
How DFY Works
Submit your request
Use the form on this page, with a Loom video walking through what you need. One request per submission. Requests only count when submitted through this form.
We open a Slack thread
Your request is posted in your private DFY Slack channel as its own thread. Jared Martinez (DFY Implementation) asks any questions there.
We build it
Once every question is answered, your request is marked Ready for Build and our team completes the work directly in your account.
Review and approve
Jared posts the done note in the thread and you get an email receipt when it is complete. Review the work and request revisions there.
No calls or meetings. Everything for each request stays in its own thread in your private DFY Slack channel, so nothing gets lost.
What Happens Next
Right away
Your request is received and posted in your private DFY Slack channel as its own thread.
Within 24 to 48 business hours
Jared Martinez (DFY Implementation) posts our first response in the thread, including any questions we have.
In the thread
Answer questions, share files, and send any missing details. Once everything is answered, the request moves to Ready for Build and the turnaround clock starts.
During the build
Jared posts updates in the same thread.
When complete
Jared posts the done note in the thread and you receive an email receipt.
Typical Turnaround
Turnaround starts only once all questions are answered and the request is Ready for Build. We do not commit to specific dates, and same-day turnaround is not offered.

What DFY Covers
